Accessibility

The site targets WCAG 2.2 AA. It uses semantic HTML, a skip link, visible focus states, labelled form fields and text labels for status information.

If something is hard to use, the issue should be treated as delivery feedback, not a personal failing by the user.

• Every form field has a visible label and error text.
• Status labels use text, not colour alone.
• The issue map has an accessible list fallback.
• Uploaded photo evidence remains optional.
